Off-Campus Living — Convenient, Close, Secure

With the opening of Oak Hill Residences in August 2021, upperclass students now have the option to choose spacious living close to campus (adjacent to the beautiful grounds of Oak Hill & the Martha Berry Museum) with the convenience of nearby shopping, plus the safety and amenities offered on the main campus.

Housing 80 male and female students in two-person units with private bathrooms (see layouts below), this new addition to our residential housing offers living areas larger than traditional double rooms in a streamlined, contemporary style. Resident assistants and a professional staff member will also reside in the community.

The complex is being designed by CEVIAN Design Lab, which created the award-winning Bell Recital Hall at Ford Auditorium, Sisters Theatre and other highly regarded projects in Floyd County. We are partnering on the renovation with Brasfield & Gorrie, which managed the construction of the new animal science building.
