The Office of Residence Life’s M.A.R.T.H.A Engagement Model focuses on Making Connections, Academic Success, Responsibility, Transitions, Healthy Living and Appreciation for Diversity as priorities for engaging residents in their residence halls and supporting student life on campus. The model is designed to engage residents through varying types of opportunities such as hall programming, educational and interactive bulletin boards, Resident Check Ins, etc. in an effort to create welcoming residential environments.
