Residence Communities
The residence halls are divided into 7 administrative areas, each supervised by an undergraduate Head Resident and a professional staff member.
Cottages and Mountain Campus
These include the cottages and Friendship and Pilgrim Halls on the Mountain Campus. The cottages house special programs, including animal units and Year of Service, while the Mountain Campus houses the WinShape College Program. The cottages house both men and women; the Mountain Campus communities are single-gender buildings with females housed in Friendship and males housed in Pilgrim. The cottages are options for students after their first year.

Dana Hall
Dana Hall houses men and women, including freshmen and upperclass students.

Ford Building
East and West Mary house women and Clara houses men. All three communities house both freshmen and upperclass students.

Morgan/Deerfield Halls house men and women. Both buildings are options for students after their first year.

Morton and Lemley Halls and Morgan-Bailey Hall
Morton/Lemley Halls house men and women, including both freshmen and upperclass students. Morgan-Bailey Hall houses both men and women upperclass students. Morgan-Bailey is an option for students after their first year.

Oak Hill Residences
Oak Hill Residences house both men and women upperclass students. Oak Hill is an option for students after their first year.

Centennial and Thomas Berry Townhouses
These suite-style communities each house men and women. Thomas Berry Hall and the Townhouse are available to students after their first year; Centennial Hall houses students who have completed at least 60 credit hours.

Each residence hall room is equipped with an extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet (or wardrobe) per resident. Each residence hall area has at least one kitchen, laundry room and vending area.

Bed Lofts
Lofting your bed is one way to maximize space in your residence hall room. Rooms in Dana, East Mary, West Mary, Pilgrim, Morgan and Deerfield contain furniture that can be lofted using the furniture provided in the room.
Rooms in Clara, Morton, and Lemley Halls have furniture that cannot be lofted. Residents are not permitted to build their own lofts; however, bed risers may be used to lift the bed farther from the ground. Bed risers can be purchased online or in most stores selling home goods.
